Paint dealer software for shops in India
The only application built to sell paint — not just bill it. My Counter Guide is an app specially designed for paint dealers. The customer sees why one product costs more, and why another is cheaper. It is one of its kind. It is a new concept of billing estimates. You can let the customer see the estimate, and they will understand why one product costs more than another, and why one product is cheaper than another. A simple step up or down in pack quality is the first of its kind feature in any billing app. It lets you upsell to the customers who can afford it, and catch the budget customers so you do not let them walk away. Everything related to paint dealers is kept in mind: base and colorant costs, primers, special sizes such as 50 ml and 100 ml, local brands, and automated UI agents that help you find the tinting cost of each colour from your tinting applications. The same app manages your inventory to a level no other application does for paint dealers, along with many more features, such as dues, contractor commissions, and much more. Certain plans also give you access to our staff salaries and attendance app, GoPunctual, which is also a unique app, specially designed for employees in the business and corporate world. You can generate multiple estimates of different qualities and prices of the same colour shades in seconds, work which would take hours by hand. You can show customers PDFs, HTML pages, and 3D pages of product information, so you can explain the product better. We are the first to cater to the problems of paint dealers, and to help them earn more and manage everything easily. The founder of the app deals in retail paint, and the founder's family is also in the retail paint industry for generations, so it is deeply connected with the workflow of paint dealers, with how the work is actually done at ground level, and the app is optimized for that. My Counter Guide also has a Play Store application with the same name. Signing up on the site also lets you use our application from the Play Store, so you can use the best application for paint dealers from anywhere.
For now, this app only lets you create or print estimates. We will support GST invoice creation and printing soon. We will also add support for other related trades, such as plumbing and hardware, soon.
